Mike’s guest is Army veteran Ken Busby Jr. Ken enlisted in the US Army just after 9/11. He was 21. He initially joined the US Army Reserve, then decided to go on active duty. He was stationed in Germany, deployed to Kosovo, then to Iraq. He was a member of the US Army Security Forces at Fort Detrick, then to Fort Benning. Ken is a graduate of the Guitars For Vets Cyber Chapter.

Since 2007, our organization has refined a guitar instruction program aimed at providing Veterans struggling with physical injuries, PTSD, and other emotional distress a unique therapeutic alternative. G4V pursues its mission to share the healing power of music by providing free instruction, a new instrument and an accessory kit in a structured program run by volunteers, in concert with our community partners.
